Olcher Posted on hot guild recently and see him on stratics Feb 2019
Timberwolf Apr 10, 2019
Longtooths Feb 19, 2019
JC (the builder) Feb 6, 2016
Aran Feb 18, 2016
The Craftman can't find at all
Lord Trollo Apr 8, 2016 (removed posts)

updated question:
Timberwolf might be around
Longtooths might be around.
JC the builder we know is out.
Aran we know is out
The crafterman Unknown?
Lord Trollo is out

Smoot, Olcher and Timberwolf are likely still playing.

Anyone know what happened to the ones that are out "The crafterman" and Lord Trollo?

Thank you.

That had nothing to do with UO itself. It was just a list of people Stratics want to permaban from their website because they were "problem" posters.

Timberwolf and Longtooths might still be around while both where blacklisted under the reason "@Mesanna - EM Accountability Regarding events"

Everyone else that wasn't listed as internal issues in the game has either left on their own or was banned for good from the game. Which suggests the list wasn't only Stratics internal it had at the very least the blessing of EA / Mythic Games as it was at the time their official site.

Why Timberwolf and Longtooths might still be around could be either the matter was resolved or they haven't gotten around to removing them as they have with the others.

Olcher is still extremely active.

Smoot is still extremely active.

Longtooths still actively plays.

Timberwolf doesn't really play anymore but shows up occasionally to visit still.

The Craftsman quit UO a while ago.

Aran I believe quit UO or at least doesn't log in anymore.

Lord Trollo still plays sometimes, but that was never a real account. It was someone else who is more well known using an alternate account.

Also, Ox, you're a conspiracy theory lunatic. There was never any mastermind plan between us and UO to ban people from the game itself, nor were the developers even aware of the lists existence.

I'm not the one in control of that, but it's highly unlikely that you'll ever get unbanned unless the entirety of the leadership and moderation teams retire. The whole releasing a staff member's real world information on live video with a large audience, and then encouraging people to use it to troll him thing will not be forgotten anytime soon.

Yea that went just about as expected, Link. The majority of Stratics admins are petty fucks that hold grudges and dangle it over your head for eternity. You're really better off to be honest; they have a loving way of micromanaging any 'prominent' figures in the community (for clarity, I'm not a prominent figure). When they unbanned me they removed my 3000+ post count and >500 like count. They even had me send Mesanna an email apologizing for calling Stratics trash, among several other things I do not care to list. Stuff like this is the most petty shit I've ever encountered. I imagine the only reasons they unbanned me is they knew they couldn't keep me away and I give them occasional content, which at the moment, they're starving for.

Could go on for a while but I'm bored and they'll probably try to ban me for this already. In case they do, I'm not Olcher from Stratics it's just a coincidence and you have no way to prove it

But hey, Stratics is all about the community, right?

Curious though, was this 'releasing a staff member's real world information' actually just public information in the first place?

I'm not sure if/when Link will see this since it seems to take him months between replies, but in the meantime I can answer. The releasing staff member information thing was not public information given by the person themselves. Link pulled up a private email he was sent by a non-board member, while live streaming to 100+ UO players many of who were known trolls like Mike D, which clearly showed the staff member's full real world name and email address. It's a rather unique name so 2 minutes on google could find the person's real world address and other information too, which some of the trolls watching the stream found and then used to harass the person and their family in real life.

In Link's defense, he said that was the first time he saw the email and didn't know it had personal information in it until he opened it while streaming, and was joking when he suggested trolling them with it, but he's the only one that knows how accurate that really is.

Olcher, the email you were asked to send to Mesanna (which I had nothing to do with) as you well know, was because you were the one who dragged her into the Stratics dispute in the first place. Nobody at Stratics actually cared if she was involved at all, that was solely for you to finish what you started by sending her an email out of nowhere complaining about your ban from Stratics in the first place. The general idea was if you were going to waste her time with lies about the site (which you admitted in the email were indeed lies), you could waste her time with the truth about what happened too. I'm sure she was very confused both times why she was even being sent things.

The reason you were allowed back at all (which I had a large say in as the trade forum expert who knew your posts and in-game drama the best) was that we believed you had shown remorse for what got you banned, and that other than the drama wars with a few people and bump rule exploiting your posts were always, overall, productive and within the rules. Basically, you weren't a troll with nothing to add to the community, just someone who fought a lot with a couple of people, which was fixable. I was the one who found most of your ban evasion accounts, and I let you hang onto them a little while to see what you were using them for, it had nothing to do with not being able to keep you away, which I could have done. You've done pretty well since then, so we seem to have made the right decision. I honestly have no idea why your posts and likes were removed though.
